Theft Suspect

Kennewick Police are attempting to identify this female in connection with an identity theft incident in Kennewick on April 29, 2012. The unknown female presented a Washington State Drivers License that was previously reported stolen while she was attempting to do a refund at a Kennewick business.
She appears to be in her mid 20’s and weighs about 150 pounds. She has blonde hair with dark roots and a pink stripe in her hair.
