Sunnyside City Manager Files Tort Claim Alleging Harassment, Retaliation by Councilwoman

Sunnyside City Manager Mike Gonzalez filed a tort claim on August 6 alleging harassment, defamation, and retaliation by Councilwoman Theresa Hancock, accusing her of a campaign to remove him after her March 2025 appointment. The filing cites dozens of public records requests, monitoring of a city vehicle, and false accusations. Gonzalez and HR Director Irving Brown Sr. also lodged complaints; the council later placed Gonzalez on paid administrative leave.

Galván y Hancock Intentaron a Hacer Una Trampa a González
