Certain fireworks will be allowed in Pasco for New Year’s Eve

PASCO, WA. - Pasco residents will be allowed to buy and use certain fireworks to celebrate this New Year's Eve.
Earlier this year, the city lifted a 22 year ban that outlawed the use and selling of some fireworks within city limits.
Legal fireworks are allowed to be lit starting at 6 p.m. on Dec. 31 and ending at 1 a.m. on Jan. 1.

Legal fireworks include smoke devices, cone fountains, dipped sticks, sparklers, ground spinners, novelties, wheels and cylindrical fountains. Airborne fireworks are illegal.
