Theft Arrest

KENNEWICK, WA - On February 23, 2012 a search warrant was served at 4608 W 14th Ave., Salinas's residence. Bio-feedback envelopes and deposit slips were recovered. In January 2011, Salinas was hired at Biofeedback, 311 W Kennewick Ave, as a book keeper. Salinas made the daily bank deposits. It was learned that Salinas was failing to make some deposits, keeping the cash and holding onto that day's checks. She would then use the stolen checks to replace cash in later deposits. At this time, in excess of $55,000.00 was stolen. Bank records and daily receipts reconciliation is ongoing. Salinas was arrested and booked into the Benton County Jail at the time the search warrant was served.
